*General Notes

1. Subject matter

The artist commits to advertising the product and the name of AGNER DRUMSTICKS for the duration of this agreement. In addition, AGNER DRUMSTICKS is allowed to use the name, the present or future stage name of the artist for promotional purposes for the duration of this agreement. See details under paragraph 2.

2. Advertising and promotion

For this agreement's duration, the artist made himself available to AGNER DRUMSTICKS for photo and video shootings, public events, interviews, and autograph sessions, all by appointment.

AGNER DRUMSTICKS has the right to use the products and results, which are specified above for promotional purposes: photos, video recordings, and other recordings made under the conditions of paragraph 2. In addition, AGNER DRUMSTICKS has the right to use the artist's name in (specified) magazines, broadcastings, television, internet, and other, especially not yet established or created, forms of media.

Documents, photos, videos, and other works done in collaboration with AGNER DRUMSTICKS are at the company's absolute disposal, even over the contract period, and are considered property of AGNER DRUMSTICKS.



3. Exclusiveness

The artist commits to using AGNER DRUMSTICKS solely and publicly presenting AGNER DRUMSTICKS products in the best possible way. Furthermore, the artist reserves to independently arrange the advertising opportunities mentioned in the application form and comply with his given information. Should this not be possible, the artists commit to informing AGNER DRUMSTICKS immediately.

4. Obligation to inform

The artist commits to informing AGNER DRUMSTICKS about any change of address, tour dates, and any appearances immediately. This applies to any appearance on stage, with or without the artist's original band.

5. Admission to events

For any artist's appearance, as a solo artist or in collaboration with a band, AGNER DRUMSTICKS has the right to request VIP entrance passes in advance by phone or in writing and to obtain them free of charge.

6. Payment

Non-compliance with payment dates or non-payment of endorsement deliveries can lead to the cancellation of the endorsement.

7. Duration of cooperation

The unlimited collaboration begins as soon as AGNER DRUMSTICKS receives this application form, proposes a deal to the artist, and accepts the agreement. After that, both parties can cancel the cooperation in writing. Arrangements made before the date of the cancellation are to be observed by both parties.

8. Final conditions
In the absence of any other agreement with AGNER DRUMSTICKS, under any circumstances, the artist must not sell drumsticks received by AGNER DRUMSTICKS to third parties or is allowed to enrich himself in any way possible with the given drumsticks. In case of any abuse of these conditions, the collaboration is cancelled, and any special deals expire immediately.
